Responsible Gaming at eq99:
A safe and healthy gaming experience

We believe entertainment is at its best when it is controlled and responsible. At eq99, we are always ready to keep your gaming experience safe.

What is responsible gaming and why does it matter?

Online gaming or betting is a popular form of entertainment. But like any form of entertainment, it should be enjoyed within limits. Responsible gaming means enjoying games while staying within a set budget, managing your time, and maintaining your mental and financial well-being.

At eq99, responsible gaming is our top priority. Our platform provides deposit limits, self-exclusion, time-out, and other tools to protect our users. Gaming should never affect your essential living expenses, family responsibilities, or mental health.

Remember: Gaming is entertainment — not a source of income. Winning is not guaranteed, so only invest money that you can afford to lose.

Warning: eq99 is for users aged 21 and above only. If you are under 21, please refrain from using the platform.

Our Protection Tools and Policies

Deposit Limits

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a waiting period — which helps prevent you from making impulsive decisions.

Time-Out Feature

Taking a short break every now and then is a good idea. You can take a time-out ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period, your account will be temporarily closed and no deposits or gaming will be possible.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is getting out of control, use the self-exclusion option. You can close your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. Once active, no promotional communications will be sent to you either.

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum time for each gaming session. When that time is up, a warning message will be displayed and the session may end automatically — helping you stay aware.

Activity History

You can view a full history of your gaming activity, deposits, and withdrawals. This helps you keep track of your spending and review your habits.

24/7 Bengali Support

Our Bengali support team is always available for any responsible gaming concerns. Contact us via live chat — we are committed to helping you stay on the right path.

Recognise the Warning Signs

If any of the following signs appear in your behaviour, it is time to take a break or seek help.

  • You repeatedly spend more than your set budget and place larger bets to try to recover lost money.
  • You try to stop gaming but cannot — you keep coming back.
  • You neglect family, friends, or work responsibilities to spend time gaming.
  • You lie about your gaming or hide it from the people close to you.
  • You are taking on debt or dipping into savings to fund your gaming.
  • You feel restless, depressed, or angry when you cannot game.

Remember: If even one of the signs above appears, contact our support team right away. Acknowledging the problem is the first step toward a solution.

21+

Verify the Age Requirement

All services at eq99 are for users aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at the time of account creation. Minors have no way to open an account — and we urge parents and guardians to keep your device and account passwords out of reach of anyone under age.

Core Principles of Responsible Gaming

See Gaming as Entertainment

Online gaming or sports betting is primarily a form of entertainment. The core condition of responsible gaming at eq99 is to never view gaming as a source of income or livelihood. There is no guarantee of winning, so treat every bet or game as a cost of entertainment.

Maintain Financial Control

The minimum deposit at eq99 is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. Respect these limits and never spend money on gaming that is set aside for essential expenses. You should not bet with money meant for your family's food, rent, or education.

Using our deposit limit feature, you can decide for yourself how much you deposit per day, per week, or per month. Manage payments easily via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Respect Time Limits

Time can slip away without you noticing when gaming. So decide in advance how long you will play each day. Activate the time-out feature so your session ends automatically after a set period. Gaming should be just a small part of your day alongside time with loved ones, work, and rest.

How Does Self-Exclusion Work?

If you feel gaming is going beyond your control, you can choose self-exclusion from your eq99 account settings. Once this option is activated:

  • Your account will be closed for the selected period.
  • No promotional emails or offers will be sent.
  • Any attempt to access the platform through a new account will be blocked.
  • The account cannot be reopened before the exclusion period ends.

To self-exclude, contact our 24/7 live chat support directly or submit a request by email to [email protected].

Family Protection and Parental Responsibility

If there are children or teenagers in your home, activate parental controls on your device and never share your eq99 password. Allowing minors to access this platform is strictly prohibited. We believe that creating a safe gaming environment is not only our responsibility — it is yours too.

How to Get Support

Gaming addiction is a real issue and there is no shame in it. If you are struggling, contact eq99's Bengali live chat support directly — we will help without judgment. If needed, talk to a trusted family member or friend and consider seeking professional advice.

Responsible Gaming FAQ

After logging in to your eq99 account, you can set a deposit limit from the "Account Settings" or "Responsible Gaming" menu. Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a waiting period. Contact live chat for help.
